Brick Bedroom
I would like to make one of our bedrooms look like a bedroom in Chicago, complete with bricks! I know it is not allowed in San Francisco, but we went to a restaurant in San Francisco which had walls that looked like bricks. However, upon looking more closely, I saw it was just some sort of wallpaper with texture like bricks! Now all I need to do is find that material. Here are some pictures I use as inspiration.

Winter Home
Brrrr, its getting colder and colder. I'm looking forward to December 22, when the days will start getting longer again. Its quite hard motivating myself to exercise now because all I want to do when I get home from work is eat dinner and go to my bed and snuggle up with hubby!
I'm also looking forward to Christmas! I was just thinking how nice it would be to spend Christmas in a log home like this with my whole family by my side! I'm sure they would enjoy being inside this house sitting around the fireplace. This home below looks so inviting with all the lights inside, I can even see part of their Christmas tree. My co-workers ask me whose house this is when they see this picture. I jokingly tell them, "mine". They ask, "really, where is this", and my reply is "in my dreams". Well, we can dream, can't we? Have a good weekend everyone!

This is a must see episode of HGTV's Rate My Space, see episode here. Before & After
I'm sorry about this first picture coming out twice. I don't know how to remove it. I tried, but it deleted the next 2 pictures below, so I just decided to keep it! Oh well, better to see good things twice right!? Hope you enjoy the bedroom / cabana makeover, I sure did!!!
Inspiration for picture with the armoir : I'm sure that most of you are familiar with this picture if you are frequent visitors of blogs. This is from Cindy's home, which you can see more of in "My Romantic Home"
